Frog dish downs family of 7 in Bukidnon

MANILA, Philippines — Seven members of a family in the southern province of Bukidnon were taken to a hospital Tuesday night after they complained of head and stomach pains caused by eating a frog, a radio report said Wednesday. Bombo Radyo said the seven residents of Malitbog town were declared out of danger as of Wednesday morning. The report identified the food poisoning victims as Joe Mandugo and wife Jocelyn; and children Donato, 11; Jordan, 8; Richard, 7; Baby Jane, 4; and Jovy, 2. The victims were treated at the Northern Mindanao Medical Center in Cagayan de Oro City. - GMANews.TV
