Excelroof eyes share of PBL lead

Cellar dwellers Fern-C (0-3) and Agri-FCA (0-2), meanwhile, seek to rejuvenate their sagging campaigns when they take on each other at 2 p.m. NCAA MVP John Wilson of Fern-C has been the league’s most prolific scorer so far with an average of 29.3 points. Wilson also is the league’s first player in years to score 30 points in back-to-back contests, pumping in 30 and 32 points in a losing effort to AddMix and Pharex B Complex, respectively. He fired 26 in his debut for his new team, a setback to Cossack Blue. But he has to gain more support from his team as the Cultivators themselves are expected to go all out to snap their own two-game skid. To date, the team of Toto Dojillo has been the whipping boys of the league as it dropped its two outings by an average of 22 points.
